Action RPG Maker

I am looking for someone who is willing to help me or develop for me an Action RPG Maker that makes games IDENTICAL TO SECRET OF MANA engine. You have to be familiar with this type of game in order to know what I am talking about. Preferred language, is VB.NET (Visual Studio). It is going to be an easy to use graphical user interface Editor tool much like RPG Maker 2000/XP, so forth. There will be no restriction or limitation to the editor, while I might have put this into the small $100 bidding, I am willing to go and pay up to $300, even up to $400 dollars for this project. BUT YOU MUST BE SINCERE WITH YOUR WORK AND IT MUST BE COMPLETED. If the project goes in plan and lots of time and work have been put into it, I am willing to even go higher to a maximum of $500 for this project. If you are serious bidder and willing to do this then I am listening. If this project is completed and you are willing to do the next project for me or help me develop this project, I am going to save $1000 for that one and it is going to be Ultima 7 Construction Set. Thanks in advance. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP, directx 7.1+.
