Access reports and database tuning

Hello, Enclosed you'll find all the files for the detailed analysis of the Access database we've been building. The forms and relations have already been worked on completed but we're short on time and need someone who will be able to create the reports and revise the forms as described in the analysis. Working from the current project we need to: - create 6 other reports. - redesign 21 forms into a four main forms structure with tabbed browsing. - create a macro or any other system that will import the contents of an excel file to the access database. Our budget is not very large but we'd need this within a quick turnaround. This should be something quite quick for an Access expert only. Also and this is a must, I will expect the programmer to be online with me in the messenger, I'll help with the analysis and explain anything that needs to be explained during all the process of development this way once we close the deal. I need this to be a direct communication to help speed the process and this way have a completed project between now and Monday.
