C# ASP.NET PDF IText document overlay

I promise to be prompt in providing specs, support & payment. Please quote a time-estimate you can actually deliver. 2 part project. Part 1 is to provide a module(“ProcessPDFdoc) that reads an existing PDF-template-document, and processes each of its pages, and allows writing to each page of the document. A subroutine to overlay text at an absolute position (“UpdatePDFpage??) will support this. Part 2 is to provide a routine that calls “ProcessPDFdoc?? to read an existing 6page PDF-template and data from 5 existing tables; then write the data into an output PDF-file (based on the PDF- template-document, combined with database-text). The PDF-templates will not have form-fields defined. The text-overlay printed must use absolute positioning. The databases are not that large (10-15 fields each) with typical data: name, address, phone, $amount paid, date, etc. The PDF-template-document has 6 pages. There is 1 page per database, plus a cover page. There are 3 pages that are templates for detail entries. The multiple customer entries in these 3 main databases often exceed what goes on 1 page. These detail databases must print multiple pages of output. So the output-PDF file usually exceeds 6 pages. Each database corresponds to a page in the PDF “template?? document. The output-PDF document will contain all the SQL data, “stamped?? onto an existing PDF-template. A status-bar must appear (total records to estimate total output pages). Speed is very important, as large files will be processed. See attached pic for example row from a page. The complete PDF-template will be provided. The 5 databases exist, with minimal test data on my web host. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform ASP.NET MS SQL Server C# Itext library (or similar)
