Any Small But Useful Program Written in Delphi or C#

I am looking to purchase any small but useful program with source code which I will rework, brand, and offer for sale. I plan on investing enough time into each program to make it appealing for resale by my company. I do not have any problem with a coder marketing a program similar to the one I will be selling.

As you can see from my bid price, I am trying to get some applications very inexpensively, I do not mean to insult anyone with the low price. There will be more than one winner of this bid. And any coder that does not win this time due to my limited budget may be privately contacted in the future about their software if it is something I am interested in.

The only requirements are that the seller is the original author of the work and that all necessary source code can be provided (include any 3rd party non-commercial source code). If your application uses a commercial third-party library, please let me know, as I am licensed for a few libraries including DevelopersExpress, DBISAM, WPTools, VCLZip, ReportBuilder and others.

Application to be compiled in the following IDEs:

Visual Studio 2005 (C#)

Borland Delphi 7 (with updates)

To submit a program for review, bid the amount you wish to receive and attach:

Executable program and any necessary run-time files for testing.

(An installer is NOT necessary)

One unit/class file of source code so I know how hard it will be to modify and maintain.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
