blogs creator needed

I am seeking a person who is knowledgable and skillful in creating blogs for me. The person must know how to create the blogs that will be link to a either a website or sales letter. The creator must create the blogs using wordpress and graphics and pluggins. Attached are some samples I like and would like to emulate in my own blogs: [[login to view URL]][1] & [[login to view URL]][2] . The blogs will of course will be tailored to my own personally and charater for which I am targeting my audience. This should not take too much time for a person who knows what she/he is doing and have do these types of blogs on a consistance basis. The format of my blogs will be: Coach Una: A women's prospective on real estate investing. This will be the header on all blogs. And a picture of myself as the graphics. The blog will need to linked directly to the website. The blog must be able to be expandable so that i can include ariticles of interest to it on a regular or monthly basis. I will need to be able to do this or the creator can take over this project in order to be instructed from time to time to update the blogs.
