Collect Content Information & Make Simple HTML site

This bid is to to CREATE a professional resource website on the TOPIC OF GRANTS incl. government, foundation, public, private, and all types of grants . By create, I mean that you will have to COLLECT, ORGANIZE, AND PUBLISH almost all of the content for the site exclu contact us page and other pages provided by us.I will show you other sites that are available to refer to while making this site. This site will serve to provide information about every and anything to do with grants (business, private, federal, foundation, etc.). The website will be a .org and the ONLY purpose of the website will be to serve as a resource of content, information, guides, ebooks, etc etc etc. It should be very professional and simple to use, however it should also have real, useful content on the site. People should want to use it and also like using it, because they should be benefiting from it. After a bid has been accepted, I will show you some example sites and things that should be on the site. THIS BID IS NOT FOR A DESIGN. It is for the creation of a content resource site, however a design not necessary. To be honest, I dont even really require a design. The main request is that you COLLECT, ORGANIZE, AND PUBLISH the content that will be on the site. I estimate that the website will be about 30 pages or so. I want somebody that is experienced in creating interesting and dynamic webpages, not just basic html webpages and somebody that will be honestly passionate about making this site a great grant resource website. If our experience is positive and beneficial, I have many more similar projects in the future. Again, I must repeat, THIS BID IS NOT FOR A DESIGN. Thank you.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
