cffile coldfusion + validation

Im using coldfusion and when I upload the file, im getting an error of "enctype". Im running linux, coldfusion, and mysql.

I already did the code, I just need an expert coder to fix my code. So this is really an easy job if you know your stuff. Please make sure to modify our code in word document and put a remarks on the modified code you added or change. Also the code that are added or change needs to be in red so I can review what code you added or change.

The form must submit the file to my folder designated/destination in my server. No duplication of file so all files needs to be rename and makeunique. I only accept gif, jpg and png format. When the submission of my form is successful, All data or fields in my form should be recorded in my database table. It includes the filename of the file being submitted to be recorded on my database table. In addition, the file size needs to be validated on the cffile not to exceed our file size or type requirements, if not, do validation.

More validation part, I want to make sure that no user can spam my form so please create a CAPTCHA below the form. Unfortunately, my hosting does not allow JAVA to run so you got to do this from start AND BE CREATIVE. All fields in my form needs to be validated, especially the email and url. email and url should be valid and contains proper protocol or format. Also, I want to timestamp and capture the IP, make sure they are recorded in my database table.

files will be provided to the winning bidder and be given temp access to my hosting.

winning bidder must provide files before closing our bid and testing has been successful from our server. i will upload files.

coder must meet our deadline to complete coding, failure to meet deadline, coder promise to refund client at 100% with no question or argumentation.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
