I have an existing Drupal 6 site. I want to re-design and create the site to run on a Windows Server using Windows, Apache, MySQL and PHP (WAMP, XAMPP, or similar). I want the site to use a Responsive type css such as Twitter Bootstrap, or similar CSS template. I want the site to look similar in colors and fonts that the existing site uses, and add a carousel to the front page. I will provide a link to the existing site to those who have the right qualifications.
