AI for trading application (HFT)

We are looking for a AI application (preferably written in C++) that makes predictions whether a stock (or other tradeable symbol) will rise or fall in the next 120 seconds. We will provide you with stored and live data from: - all NASDAQ/ AMEX/NYSE stocks - Forex and commodities - we will provide more data from other exchanges once the system works successful These feeds contain data such as: - ask/bid, last price, volume etc. The AI shall be self learning and adjust at anytime to market conditions. It shall be 'always-on' during market hours. It may form a 'memory' and use this memory of useful patterns from prior trading cycles but still adjust to new patterns. There are several obvious patterns the system could optimize for like: - correlations - major news triggered market moves - major order flow in one stock - increased volume (from normal volume) However we ideally like to have the AI find such pattern by itself. We already have a trading app - we 'just' need the AI to give entry/exit signals in real time. Ideally they can be simple and time based i.e. FB will rise next 60 seconds, then sell A standard NDA is required before we can get started.
