change to existing firewall

Enclosed is the source code for the firewall. However, the only problem is it does not work with Windows 2003 Server Edition. I need it changed so it works with both Windows 2000 and Windows 2003 Server Editions. What the firewall does is block all the ports except for Terminal Services and IIS. Then if I need to open other ports, I specify that with the simple application. With Windows 2003, it blocks all the ports no matter what. ## Deliverables The source code and the exe for the firewall. The exe should be setup.exe. When running it, it should run the setup the same way as before. Except it will work with Windows 2000 and Windows 2003 ## Platform Windows 2000 Server Edition, Windows 2003 Server Edition
