capturing ''open IE-window'' event

The problem: I have some kind of worm/trojan/virus which from time to time opens 1-3 new IE-instances and loads some bullcrap websites, mostly porn. This happens randomly. Means, I am surfing through 2-3 webpages and suddenly 2 new maximized IE-instances are created and load some sort of porn- and/or gambling-website. I scanned my system now with: Norton F-secure Antivir BHODemon Adaware Spybot Hijackthis and other tools but I STILL CAN NOT FIND that s** of a b**** software/script or whatever it is which still opens this new IE-instances! It is absolutely impossible to find it, and none of the antivirus-software and spy-remove-tools have detected and removed it. So: what I need now is a small and handy tool which will monitor my system and capture events when a new IE-window is opened by some software and will display to my which file gave the order/event to open these new IE-instances! I have no idea if it is an .exe or .dll or whatever but I know that if it is able to open new IE-windows it is also possible to catch these events and display to me which software is doing this! Please bid only if you can start right now and finish within the next few hours. I think creating a small Delphi-app for displaying "open IE-window"-events is quite easy. Thanks a lot!
