This program must use the AP String class. Web pages are written in HTML that consists of tags that are used to tell the browser (such as Netscape) how to display the file. Most but not all Web pages have such a title that is displayed in the browser’s title bar. The title is also used as the entry in the browser’s list of bookmarks when bookmarked. The HTML tag that surrounds the title of a Web page is Write a program that asks the user to enter the filename of a Web page and then displays the title of that Web page. If the page has no title, then display an appropriate message. You can assume as preconditions the following things: The will reside on a line of the Web page without any other HTML code. The word TITLE in the brackets is not always capitalized. Add to the program the capability so that TITLE does not have to be capitalized. That is, it should NOT be case sensitive. Also, code must be commented.
