2 - String manipulation and Encryption (Save this file as Question3.c) For this question, you will use string manipulation to encrypt a string with the Caesar's Encryption Algorithm. The Caesar's algorithm works as follows: When the program starts, it initializes an array so that the elements of the array (characters of the alphabet) are shifted up by a random amount, e.g. Original Alphabet: ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ Shifted Alphabet: GHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZABCDEF Once the alphabet is set up, any string can be encoded (and thereafter decoded again). The encoding process works as follows: The string to be encoded is first split up into individual tokens (usually the tokens are just the words in the sentence), which are then converted to uppercase to make the processing easier. You then loop through every character in each token encoding it according to the shifted alphabet. To encode a character using the shifted alphabet you take the original letters position in the original alphabet and the letter from the shifted alphabet that occurs in the same location. For example: To encode the word "Max" (using the shifted alphabet above), you first convert it to uppercase, the word thus becomes "MAX". You then split it up into tokens, but since there is only one word, you will only get one token. So, you then take the position of the "M" in the original alphabet, which is 13, and use the letter at the same location but in the shifted alphabet. You get "S". So you replace the "M" with "S". You do the same for the "A" and you get "G", and for "X" you get "D". The encoded version of "MAX" is then "SGD". This process is repeated for each token, and when the whole sentence is encoded, we output it back to the screen. Another example: To encode the sentence "The wheels are turning", you first convert it to uppercase, "THE WHEELS ARE TURNING". You then split it up into tokens. The first token is "THE". You then convert the first letter of the token, whic
