I need a very small, simple program, that will:
1) read the clipboard text
2) print the text on the default printer
Call the program clipprt for now, but allow it to be renamed.
The only option needed is to be able to change the printer on the command line. IE: clipprt -printer "Printer Name".
The clipboard data will sometimes be 80 or else 132 characters wide and needs to scale to fit the width of the paper.
The paper will always be 8.5"x11".
The page heading can simply be the date (left justified, mm/dd/yy), program name (centered, w/o the .exe), and time (right justified, hh:mmA).
The font has to be non proportional. Something like Arial Terminal or Lucidia Console. A command line option for changing the base font could be usefull, but not required as long as I can change the source code. Something like clipprt -font "Courier".
The program should have its own imbedded icon. Something like a printer or printout.
The main thing is that the program be as small and simple as possible. No graphical interface.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
