I need a website designing for stock control of my shops
Each shop has a 5 or 6 digit shop number
and will need a password to login and view
each shop must provide it's daily stock in figures (7 days) although some don't open on Sundays
and also be able to book stock out
This will leave a slight difference between stock in and out
This figures must be able to zero'd but also must be show historically how much is missing or over!!
shops must be able to see there own data for 1 month only they must not be able to see other shops or total amounts
I want to see data and download to excel
I like visual and also numerical charts
Leader board format also
historical data built up over time
my plan is to host this alongside my current retail website and was thinking [login to view URL] to log in page which i dont really want to show on search engines etc so please advise if this is the most cost effective way
I need it to remind them if they haven't inputted data by certain time (which can be changed)
I need it to tell me who hasn't put data in everyday
