Avi/Wma To Mpeg2 Converter (DirectShow)

The job is to develop an set of DirectShow Filters to convert Avi/WMA movies to Mpeg2 Video (DVD). Solution have to be an multithreaded solution that works in one step: Decode/Encode/Mux, no step by step solution. Features: Autoresize: Resize input to DVD specs size and hold AspectRatio. Add black bars to the movie if needed. Autoblow: Add black bars to input (input centered) to get DVD spec output size. Hold Aspect Ratio. AutoFramerate: Hold input Framerate (input = output) to avoid muxer problems (unsync) High Speed Encode: Encode Mpeg2 Video with high speed. No low speed resizer functions. Audioresampler: Autoresample input Audio to get DVD spec Audio (mp2). Autoremove temporay files Preview Callback: Gives the possibility to show the actual proceed frame Frame Duration Correction: On some formats, like WMA, some frames are showing 4-5 seconds but decoder gives only one frame. Decoder have to give the frame the whole time to avoid muxer problems (unsync). Internal Encoder Features: Options to set the GOP Structure Options to set VBR/CBR Framerate correction And other needed Mpeg Options Coder have to deliver also an Sample Application (VC++) to show the functionality/usage. In some situations and an good offer we also allow an DLL for encoder and Muxer. You can work with GPL code (like FFMpeg) cause it is an software for internal use only.
