Anti spyware tool

I would like to have a software program developed that would have the same feature set as Spy Sweeper(_[login to view URL]) - it should also have an comparable existing software database of spyware applications. From a program side, it needs the following features: 1. detect all the types that Spy Sweeper does, with the ability to quarantine or delete. 2. Include the Active Shields-like functionality 3. Include option to add proactively block spyware like Spyware Blaster ([_[login to view URL]][1]) does (pretty basic) 4. It should be able to perform memory, file, and registry scans 5. It should have startup management, similar to Startup Cop. 6. It should make backups of ANY changes, and the should be able to be completely undone. 7. All functions should be accessible via commandline, so the program can be run in a non-GUI (automated) fashion. Things it does NOT need (that Spy Sweeper does). 1. It does not need a custom GUI - it should use standard Windows controls and have a simple interface. 2. It does not need any sort of activation or registration (ie; copy protection) 3. It does not need any auto-update functionality. The database file needs to also be supplied in XML format, as well as whatever format the program uses. The program must also be written in pure C/C++ (heavy preference towards C, but C++ is fine), but it MUST NOT use MFC, ATL, etc. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows 98/Me/2k/XP
