I am looking for someone who can develop a database front-end application possibly C# or flash to MySQL, or equivalent. To give you a general idea of this project, it is going to be an enhanced database interface program, which interfaces with a PHP/MySQL database, or equivalent. The application will need to support TCP/IP (IP enabled) and alternatively be installed and function stand alone on a notebook PC. The software will be platform independent. Creativity will be required. The administrator will have the ability to access and modify the database from any secure IP address.
You will be required to sign a Mutual NDA before I show you any documentation on the project. Please see the attached NDA, fill it out and return it using the directions in the NDA. I will then send the documentation for this and you can bid accordingly. You will be required to bid officially through this website. Please provide examples of previous work, a resume, certifications, or any other pertinent info. I have no problem out-sourcing over seas as well and sometimes prefer to do so.
