Ball Dance Animation

I want an animation of a ball dance to be done. This animation must look very professional. The idea is to use two photographs that I will provide to model the characters (of course, one boy and one girl) and then animate them in a ball dancing sequence of 4 mins and 25 seconds. The background score for this would be the song "My Heart Will Go On" as covered by Kenny G on the saxophone. I want the animation to be done in a grand hall setting where the lights are originally dimmed or a spotlight is placed over the dancing couple. At the point where the song changes pitch near the end, the whole hall must light up and should look spectacular with lights and decoration.
