C++, JAVA & .NET expert required

We have a product developed however our current team has left us with the product pending. It contains a few bugs (10-12 bugs) and a few pending features to be implemented. We are looking for someone who has a good amount of experience in C++, JAVA & C#.net that can work on this project. Training will be provided as to what exactly our system provides. Can work from home or our office location. Will have frequent meetings with each other. Monthly salary will be provided. Only looking for people in the Central New Jersey, USA or New york city area. Project details: - Training will be provided as to what exactly the product is, how it was architected etc... - Fixing 8 critical bugs, 4 medium bugs - Enhancements related to java applet, c#.net web service - c++ modifications This is a special project since we want someone local so we can communicate better (meet in person, have training in person etc...) This is for a period of 6 months. Great potential for the contract to expand. Looking for individual freelancers, freelance companies etc... ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
