This project requires development of a conference information and registration system that will sit "within" an already existing website that contains member registration and authentication.
Key requirements of the conference application are as follows:
- basic conference home page PLUS overview of conference page, and detailed schedule and presenter information page
- online web-based capture of participant basic registration information (i.e. name, address, contact info, company, occupation, industry etc.)
- online web-based capture of conference specific registration information (i.e. days of attendance, registration for sessions attending, meal choices, pricing level of registration, hotel accomodations required)
- administration tools to manage the following information:
1. web based, authenticated access to add, modify and delete all registration information for a participant
2. web based, authenticated management of administration specific information, including, status of payment, status of hotel, assignment of hotel etc
3. web based, authenticated email campaign management and send capabilities including template based HTML mail send, with filtering capabilities
4. web based, authenticated management of reporting, including participant registration broken down by demographic (i.e. gender, age, region of country), paid vs. unpaid status, session attendance, occupation, industry etc.)
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Documentation to manage and operate the application, especially w.r.t. tools and reports created as a result of this project.
4) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
