Coldfusion project support and ongoing work

Internet Hosting company wishes to outsource its programming department to team of highly competant Coldfusion developers to maintain and enhance our highly complex Website with back end ordering and integration to 5 external third-party systems. Work required will be onoing maintenance and support 24x7 of website, MS SQL, and back end systems which include Cold Fusion eCommerce Web Site and back end control system. As a hoster, our web site integrates into several thrid party systems including credit card clearing house, Tucows Open SRS system (XML), external DNS systems (mySQL), Ensim Control Panel (SOAP), and Geotrust (XML). The successfull company will need to show top Coldfusion abilities, experience in web systems, good MS SQL and MySQL experience, and also ability to offer 24x7 support with 2 hour to fix with ongoing site problems. You will essentially become our programming department - part of our team and we want to pay a monthly retainer for ongoing support and extra sums for new development on our site. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows 2003 Server, IIS, Coldfusion MX7.
