Here is the Thing.
I am looking for somebody on a part-time basis that can put 1-2/hours a day to design or otherwise implement things on my start-up website(s). If any of my projects should work out nicely, the monthly price will be raised for the coder/designer.
Designer/programmer must have some background of putting sites together and interacting as a team. I don't want anybody with attitude. I will open my first project here, if you are a workable person, you will be considered for the team.
My first project is mycuny.net. It’s a small website which has a lot of programming in the 'background' but as you can see, the front-end needs some touches, optimizations for search engines, etc, etc. It’s a site targeted towards college audience. I have other projects where I would need help. Collaboration will be done through my own collaboration tool. The salary is up to $100/month and various interesting projects.
I know that this fee may not be the greatest, however, in other countries, this fee is more than month’s work. So Ideally, I am looking for somebody from those countries where they have the dedication I’m looking for and the expertise I can count on.
Thanks

I already talked to some, but if I have not initiated a dialog with you, and if you can work full-time for the price $100/month, engage in a dialog immediately for a possibility to be selected. When you email me, please include your expertise in the field (_expertise_), familiarity with the UNIX environment (would be great but not required. You can read up on it while you work).
Some of the nice technologies would be c, c++, java, php web design and other web technologies. Server application experience is also a plus. There will be perks, and bonuses for projects well done/good job and raises we progress. Work will be done in a web collaboration (suggestions welcomed) as a team.
