Classic ASP work

Mainly I need a coder in classic ASP only (if you know php too this would be great, but not necessary). If you are proficient in classic ASP only please respond too. I need a coder that is proficient in classic ASP and if you can *but not compulsory) some PHP. The coder needs to be: 1) Responding to work assigned and posts on daily basis. 2) Have good command of English language and no spelling or grammar mistakes. 3) Have a good and immediate access to internet for quick responses. 4) Work fast 5) Work independently 6) Be able to troubleshoot independently. 7) Upload work to RAC and my server on daily basis. 8) Work if needed full time. 9) Most work in classic ASP. - Be extremely organized for coding tasks requiring rewriting of code from classic ASP or ASP.NET to PHP (optional) or just classic ASP work only. (The work is to be done in PHP or classic ASP but all functions to be copied one by one from classic ASP or ASP.NET ot PHP or vice versa). The work done needs to be compatible with all versions of PHP. 10) Have some acceptable web design skills. 11) All the code designed needs to be fully commented and indented and clear. The coder needs to be very proficient in classic ASP or PHP. I have a lot of work and once I chose the coder, I will upload here the work to be done and the todo list. Apache Linux server and all its versions (such as wamp server, or server to go). Shared webshosting. Windows server. The work done should work on both Windows and Linux servers without any special requirements, any versions of servers. No additional speciall dlls or components installations. FOR PHP work, if applicable - The work done needs to be compatible with all versions of PHP. (Versions 4 and up), and windows OS classic ASP.
