Bulk Email Consultant

In a nutshell, I plan to emulate a bulk email software package like [login to view URL], add data merge and database connectivity capability; and run the package as server based rather than client side. I need a consultant to help me select that programmers that will do this and then transfer knowledge to the programmers. The consultant must show experience in: 1) Writing software that communicates with DNS MX to both send email and to verify email addresses. 2) Writing software that uses proxies to mask the IP address of the sending server. 3) Experience in both finding freely available proxies that can be used for this purpose and setting up proxies (with contacts) for this purpose. 4) Selecting the platform. Language, database and OS. The consultant will share this "how to" knowledge by providing simple "proof of concept" programs and will then be available to answer questions by the programmers that are awarded another bid. See deliverables in deliverables section. ## Deliverables 1) Initial consulation via AOL IM or msn messenger to discuss language, database and OS selection with project manager and project programmer. 2) A very simple "proof-of-concept" (POC) program that demonstrates that test emails can be sent from my Linux server directly to the recipient's email server with the IP of the sending server masked through the use of SOCKs 3, SOCKs 4 and SOCKs 5 (all three). The POC cannot be a Port 25 bulk mailer which can be blocked by ISPs and must use different ports for emailing that cannot be blocked by ISPs. 3)A very simple "proof-of-concept" (POC) program that is used to scan for and locate open public SOCKs 3, SOCKs 4 and SOCKs 5 (all three) proxies without revealing the true IP of the scanner. 4)A very simple "proof-of-concept" (POC) program that is used to to test SOCKs 3, SOCKs 4 and SOCKs 5 proxy servers to ensure reliability. 5)Final consultation via AOL IM or msn messenger with project manager and project programmer to fully discuss and demonstrate the usage and workability of the POC programs. 6) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform See item #4 in the description. While the POC programs only need to be single thread, they need to be written in a highly scaleable language such as C++.
