Build script for ASP.NET project stored in Vault source management system.

We need a build script for an ASP.NET project developed using Visual Studio 2005. The source code is stored in a source control database called Vault and made by Source Gear. We need the source pulled from Vault, built, and then deployed to an FTP location.

High level requirements:

1. Read parameters from config file for Vault source control systems including the Username, password, Server, Vault repository name, and project path, project name. Also read in destination info including FTP destination, user, pwd. Also read in parameters for build destination (where to put the latest version of source for VS to build).

2. Clean out the build destination.

3. Get latest version of source control from Vault.

4. Build the project in Visual Studio 2005 and report build errors to command line and log file.

5. Track and increment build number and provide label in Vault.

6. Clean the FTP destination

7. FTP the build to the provided location.

8. FTP text file to destination indicating build date/time and build number.

9. This will be a Windows console application.

Bidders should have experience developing Visual Studio build scripts and experience with Vault source control management system. Please let me know if you have any questions.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
