Application with .Net customer module

We need a customer module, work orders module, invoice module. The work order data have to include a field for type of work order, have the option to add, edit, delete, list work order, and print work order. The same with the invoice. We are looking for an easy to enter work order, with few fields to enter data. The salesperson has to enter with a few keystrokes a work order from the customer office. Open source, free add-ons for languages, gateways, shipping. Etc. it is developed in VBasic script, asp, they are ASP pages, and have a Access database already, we want in somehow to integrate this application with the VP-ASP 6.0, but only use the same database and the same server, we understand that if we want .Net pages, then we need to have .NET framework, but we are not familiar yet with this platform, so we don’t want experiments at this moment, so we want this project to run with VP-ASP 6.00 together, now, we want somebody familiar with VP-ASP 6.0, we know about programming and servers, so we will evaluate the correct development, to have further maintenance and more modules to add. So give us a shot if any body knows that platform, if someone lie about the knowledge of VP-ASP and we found out we will disqualified the winner and go on with the next one. If you don’t have any knowledge of VP-ASP but you are confident to develop systems in asp, then you can apply for this project too. Or anybody knows how to run .Net asp with asp together will be a plus, only we will be need a explanation or directions to how to prepare or setup our servers to run .Net frame work, we got some questions about if we want in .NET 1.0 or .Net 2.0, I have no idea yet how it will works.
