Advertisment Software

i want a software for lamppost advertisment company, very similar to hotel booking, i should have a map with all lampost marked on it (i will provide these details), there is 2 types of lampost small size and big size wich again will be provided to you, finally all lamposts have different price which i will provide too, i want to click on NEW Qoute button, i shall see this map, all spots should be green if they are not booked, once i click on a mark it will select it, once i choose whatever i want i should then enter the date FROM TO date, and enter customer basic details, once i finalize it will print a qoutation with price (but price field is editable) and color of marks will change from green to Orange, this means its tentative booking (without payment), if payment recieved i click payment recieved and enter payment details and it should show me the balance and turn the color to red, i can still book any colored item but in case of orange and red i should get a warning IF there is date collision, otherwise if not it should book without warning and show the colored circle with a number inside it showing how many times this specific location is booked, the other part of the software is just income and expense just to show a basic finacial standing
