ASP.net PDF manipulation

I have a program which provides a service to people by filling out paperwork for them. They will provide me with certain information in a Webform, and i will take an existing pdf file, and populate the information in the right places. All of these PDF files, will be created from different sources. Each form will be coded seperately, relating to its needs. I imagine 8-10 PDF files for now. I won't only need to add text to the PDF file, at certain X/Y coordinates, but also add a transparent signiture. There will be an interface for the customer to sign their name. Then that image will be converted into a tranparent image and placed onto the PDF at a set location (X/Y). The interface for collection of signiture should be client side code, preferably javascript. The rest of the project must be done in VB.net. On submit, the signiture will be sent to the server, to be converted into an image and further processed. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform .net
