1) Shipping needs changed.

We need to change shipping for some items. a) Remove shipping combo box from shopping cart page and display there (i) USA Orders

(ii) International Orders Now, change the shipping table's structure, and display shipping info based on this If total from $0.5 to $1.0 then shipping = $1.00

If total from $1.1 to $2.0 then shipping =$ 2.0 ( Let admin set these values, just change the shipping page in admin and its value will be displayed on frontend ([url removed, login to view])) so if order total= $ 1.5 you will have Order Total= [url removed, login to view] = 2.0

Grand Total= 3.5 b) If someone selects USA, display shipping from shipping table.c) If someone selects International orders, do not display shipping info and do not add it to order total. Insert that order simply into db after customer gives his address and display an icon in Order Page that this is an international customer and he has not paid. Admin will send him invoice manually from his own paypal account. Just indicate it with an icon (use any icon)

d) For USA customers, you will display grand total, and they can go to paypal and pay the amount and come back. Paypal is already integrated into system. e) For customers who buy products from "Display Cases" , you also have to enter the info into db and should not charge shipping cost since there is no fixed cost for display cases ( <[url removed, login to view]>)

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
