ASP.NET c# Image preview component(repost)

Using ASP.NET c# VS 2003 / 1.1 / Ajax i need an ASP.NET web component that will offer facilies similar to Microsoft Office Picture Manager in Film Strip mode. I have a series of images that is read out of a database. I'd like to show these images as thumbnails accross the bottom of the screen and then the thumbnails can be clicked so that the image shows up in close-up. I'd like to use Telerik ajax so that the pages does not need to reload on image clicks. I'd like a scrolling of other means of showing thumbnails. The previewed images can have a parent child relationship that must be illustrated in some way. I have an existing page that does a basic job of this, happy to show anyone interested in this project. Thumbnailed images show have space for a label. This project can be delivered as a customised ASP.NET component. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) Require full debug testing and acceptance prior to payment 5) Code must work on a non-development machine 6) Documentation on usage and implementation on both development and non-development machine 7) Must be fully implementable into .NET Visual Studio 8) Document from coder releasing code for unrestricted use 9) Coder must embrace an open communication work ethic 10) Coder should use Skype or MSN for communication ## Platform ASP.NET c# VS2003 .NET 1.1
