creating custom blog page for my wordpress theme

I am looking for a wordpress programmer expert not just technically but also good at design as well. SECTION 1 Open external site in Lightbox 1.1 when clicking the link it opens up the lightbox like [login to view URL]!prettyPhoto[album]/4/ So all external URL opens the lightbox except internal URL. Add the settings to lightbox to “intert/edit link” shortcode from the text editor. 1.2 Create a shortcode button for “Read More from “Site name” (The URL of the source name”). SECTION 2 Add customization and tweaking to the custom post settings 2.1 Add Favorite Count [login to view URL] like the heart Display the count in the meta info: instead of no comments 2.2 Add View Count [login to view URL] like the eye (an option to turn it off from the custom post settings, by default is on (based on the general settings by admin, which it needs to be setup) Display the count before favorite count separated by “|” 2.3 Create “Source URL” field input into the post custom setting SECTION 3 Create 1 custom blog template. Listing of posts from the selected categories (the settings shown in [login to view URL]), with dividers like in reference 02 from yahoo page. the lines separated by white and light grey (like [login to view URL] this blog) 3.2. Filtering options by category: like [login to view URL] with pagination. 3.3. Another filtering option by show: the dropdown menu and submenu (years and months) reference. [login to view URL] 3.4. Number the posts when listing 3.5. Post info display: ##. Title | month, day, year | categories (this post is part of) | View Count | Favorite Count | Source (URL) 3.6. Create another blog template based on the one create, in this one without filtering plus the search bar.
