to design an interface for asterisk that perform click to call, call conferencing and sms. Note that the call conferencing can be scheduled via the web or IVR. the web call interface works by user adding the two numbers they want to call witha button to click to initiate calls below those text boxes will be the space for sending sms. sms registeration, notfication and IVR

design should allow split of the box so user can send to maximum of 20 numbers the same way the call conferencing should work, we have some php scripts to install too. The billing will be done with [url removed, login to view]

We have apache server with mysql and asterisk on it. we want reasonable bid and reasonable time
