Configure Contact Form On Website

I'm looking for someone to quickly and efficiently code and configure the contact forms on a restaurant website (already completely made in HTML).
One contact form is in the footer of the website and is present on all pages. Another has a separate page but is a simple "enter your name, email, message" type contact form. Lastly there is a contact form called "Book your table" which requires people to enter the no. of people who would be visiting the restaurant, the date and time they would be visiting etc.
I've attached the pics of the forms that I want configured. On clicking 'send message' on any of these contact forms, it should send the entire filled out form to an email address, and it should display a small one line message just below the submit buttons saying "Thank you for contacting us!"
I'll send the files as soon as I select the bid winner. This is a pretty easy job and hopefully shouldn't require much time.
Looking forward to get some good coders to bid here because I'll definitely be assigning a lot more work in the times to come.
