Create 5 Word templates and format docs for Caterer

Hi - are you great at creating professional Word templates and formatting documents? We need you! We are a catering and party hire company operating under 5 different brands. We need 5 templates created in Word for our menus and hire offerings. The templates will need to match our logo and colour themes. The file size of the templates needs to be kept as small as possible as there is a lot of content to add to these templates and we need to keep the document size down. Once the templates are completed we required them to be populated with about 50 pages of content and formatted. The current formatting in the document is quite good, so it should only require tweaking. Finally we need the document converted into a pdf with the smallest file size possible. For the right person, this could involve taking over all of our updates on an ongoing basis for all 5 brands. Please show some examples of your work.
