The system will install an icon like msn to each pc. User will be able to click on the icon to submit support request to us.
These icon on user pc calls the function support then pop up the input to add the error reporting fields with upload files option into the sql server 2000
The icon can also check for all outstanding or resolved bugs for them
On our side we can respond and reply (web based) by our programmers.
We can also use the desktop icon to do broadcasting for example we are doing maintenance to them.
Broadcast means that we have to identify each node we have setup the pc
An admin console will also be required to do broadcast by groups or individual
