Broadly defined, the application will provide mortgage lenders and brokers with tools to find each other and engage in business transactions more efficiently than is possible now.
The development project is about developing a set of ASP.NET pages (between 25 and 30 pages) written in C# and a SQL Server 2005 backend with stored procs and transactions.
1. Users will be invited to register on the site.
2. Once registered, they will be able to login to the system and create one or more profiles (such as a lead seller profile or a broker profile).
3. Users will be allowed to search, communicate, or bid for various business activities defined within the application context and engage in business transactions.
4. Users will be encouraged to rate each other to let other users know of their own experience.
NOTE
Your database schema and C# objects must be discussed with the client and approved before being worked on.
You must create a database schema and C# objects based on the Product Specifications documents attached here.
