Create Remote Access For Virtual Staff On Server

I need to set up my server, a computer, or rent a virtual server to set up mulitple remote accesses for my staff to login and do work.

They will need to login and use applications on the server like microsoft office, word, and use internet explorer to surf the web.

I want each of my 7 staff to be able to log in with their own username and password as if they are the only ones using the computer. Each of my staff is in different locations, so they would login through a browser or program. I want each person to login simultaniously.

I have a server with 2003 server software on it, but I don't really understand how to use it properly. If that doesn't work I can lease one remotely.

Currently I have 7 computers all networked in a pier to pier network, all sharing 1 harddrive with all my files. They use [login to view URL] to login to each of the computers to do the their work.

It helps to see each screen because I can watch them as they work and help train them and instantly see when they are making a mistake and give them support immediatley.

So I want to illiminate all 7 computers, so that everyone is loggin into the same computer remotley. I also want the aability to still see everyone working if that's possible.

So here's what I need:

Someone to program a server to give remote access to login and work.

The ability to have everyone login at the same time

The ability to monitor and see what each person is doing in real time

The ability for each person to use the same programs being logined with different usernames and passwords.
