Data Base Export For Exsisting Software

We have a software application that is already built but we need to add a database export to the software. The software was built in .NET and all the database tables are already there. We just need the data exported via cvs and also have it shown on screen in the administrator. This is a restaurant online ordering application and we need to be able to export all the data from the system as follows. 1) Export data by date range. 2) sales for online payment 3) sales for cash on delivery payment 4) total tip collection 5) total web order fee, sales tax and delivery fee collected 6) any menu item.
