IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ ENTIRE SCOPE CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU BID We are Software Development Company which are focused on internet marketing/SEO software looking for a male/female that has basic experience with windows, .NET, running a software on desktop, software troubleshooting to join our team and offer online custom support to our clients. We'll need you to work 1-3 hours daily, Mon – Sat Some training will be provided but a basic knowledge of windows software troubleshooting preferred. ------------------------------------------- Your job will be to: - Answer customer emails via our online help desk - Offer help and advice to custom problems - Offer remote desktop connection to solve client's problem via TeamViewer, etc The ideal candidate would be: - fluent spoken and written English skills; - polite and gentle communication style; - experienced in windows software troubleshooting and be able to offer technical assistance on a basic/medium level - reliable and responsible - fast learner - we prefer someone who understand SEO/link building - have multiple version of windows (XP, Vista and 7) Some benefits: - Work from home - Relaxed working hours Payment: Payment will be made at the end of every month. Our budget is $200 to $250 a month. Please note that when making your bid, your bid is the amount you are asking us to pay you for 1 month of work. For the person awarded with this job, we will trial you for 1 week first. If we are happy with your service, this will most likely continue for the whole 4 weeks/1 month. If after 1 month we are still happy with your service, we will most likely continue with your service for another 12-24 months.
