I need to create a captive portal with a radius server to authenticate my users in a mikrotik router using the hotspot feature. The radius server should consult a table in an Oracle database. The portal must be compatible with computers and mobile devices automatically. The portal must have clean interface and a content manager (Joomla, Wordpress, etc.).

Hello, I reviewed the project requirements and I will provide the following services: Setup mikrotik hotspot feature to use a freeradius server. Setup a freeradius server and configure it to use a preconfigured oracle database you will be providing. The setup will support 802.11g/n devices. The html code on the walled garden page will be fluid width and mobile devices compatible. What i need more details on is the last part.
