Write an iPhone application with my requirements

I want an IOS app, I have made few basic handmade sketches explaining the features and functions of the app. My application has 5 tabs, home screen has links to those 5 tabs. 1 & 2 tab will have icons with name, when user will click on the icon it will open a new window and it will show further information about the icon. 3,4,5 tab will be customized website feed, in these tabs we want to show the articles or posts from our website but in little-customized way like with featured image and excerpts. Menu button will again have link to 1,2,3,4,5 tabs and one About Us page. Search button to search the content available in all those 5 tabs. 3,4,5 tab is nothing but my website's feed so you have to connect the same with the search button. That's it. + I am expecting a basic Web admin panel (to manage users and content on the app) + I have iOS developer account and will need you to successfully publish the app.
