We are a Swiss company w/ 6 Europeans managing 60 software developers in the Philippines & we have been in business for 3 years already. We have just started working on Freelancer but we have already designed & developed hundreds of websites, web & mobile applications. We invite you to have a look at the enclosed portfolio & selected samples. For Mobile development, we code in native iOS, native android, native Tizen as well as cross-platform technologies such as Sencha, PhoneGap/Cordova & Titanium Appcelerator. For web development, we usually use Wordpress & Drupal for CMS, Zend, Codeigniter & Symfony 2 frameworks for custom development as well as are familiar w/ API integration, HTML5, Amazon WebServices, AJAX, Javascript, Twitter bootstrap, LAMP jQuery, CSS3, MySQL & mongodb. We have bid with the median amount & number of days but these are non-binding. But in general our pricing (incl. Elance fees) is at USD 30/hour for development & USD 35/hour for a part time scrum master. For most projects, we usually work w/ time & material, using agile scrum methodology (or other processes if desired by the client) as it increases the chances of success by a very high percentage.
