i want to create an app. i'm not totally sure how it would work and i cant just put it on here so everyone can read it. i'd like to create a universal app that works on android, ios, etc without having to create a new app for each platform. with the app would be a website too. we'd keep it a simple as possible. i just cant approach companies and market the app without actually having it already. so, my budget is $250 for this app and premade website. maybe we can do a profit share after that. if you think this might work, post your interest then i will send you an nda so i can show you the app/website details.

Hi, I have read you details, and I would like to recommend something to you related to it. Firstly Apps and website are two separate things and your requirements are huge so I suggest, First make a website, then just put the website in the app, When someone open the app it will show the website and things will go smoother, through this way I guess, you have have your project done, Infact in this procedure too, you will have to spent more money as well because APPS costs are much more then website designing Looking forward to hearing from you, to share more details and provide you an offer.
