hola que tal como esta buen dia, yo puedo hacer esta app sin problema antes he realizado una app para paqueteria geodomicilios sisconet, entonces puedo hacer que por ejemplo usted tenga un panel de control , donde de alta a sus empleados y les asigne tareas, ubicacion a donde, les llegue notificacion de nuevas tareas, y sobre todo monitorearlos todo el tiempo tenga o no tenga internet, para que guarde offline las coordendas de ubicacion y cuando exista internet envie esta informacion, tengo experiencia en este tipo de apps como geodomicilios sisconet, upartaxi, comerbook, rumbeando, gruasbo, etc le agradezco me pueda enviar un mensaje y conversamos saludos
