This is a rather simple idea for a game. I'd like to see how much it would cost to make. I also want to be shown how it's being made because I believe I can learn syntax, and want to start creating. My plan is for a game that looks like an old PC desktop os, but the point of the game is to exit the imminent error windows before the background is completely filled up with them, then you lose, when the background is filled. I'll be posting a picture of how i want the beginning to look, and how I want halfway through and almost lost to look. I have image files and one sound file to be used. I think the idea is very easy to construct.

This game needs knowledge on native android application development. it can be done by counting the error windows present on screen at a particular point of time. if the count reaches threshold number(number of windows required to fill the screen) the game will end. A new error window will be displayed in specified time intervals and the count will be increased. If user clicks on the OK button the window will be closed and the count will be decreased. With hands on experience in android I believe I can convert your idea in to an interesting app. As you are the visionary behind the idea, discussion with you is always helpful for me to build the application.

The game consist in showing popup windows and the user has to try clse them ? I think can help you to create the game in less than a week. I made a game app some months ago just for me, is like tetris. If you want, we can talk about the details and start to work.
