Hello, I'm software engineer with master's degree in IT. I would be glad to develop this small app for you. If you want this app to be designed by you, I will need the graphics from you. It could be every common image type (jpg, png, bmp, gif, psd etc.) with resolution of target devices screens or bigger, so 1920x1080 pixels would be enough. On the image should be indicated positions and design of all visible details on screen, for example buttons, text fields, status bar and so on.
