Hello People, I'm developing Organizer application where users can create notes, add some texts, draw pictures, use different tools, add images on the note and so on . . . and I need to make 2 features that I'm unable to do right now. 1) Drag image into text like Microsoft Word does. When I drag image over the text and drop, I want text to split and put image between them. (I have provided sample images ) 2) I need pencil, pen and marker effects like IOS native note's app have while drawing. Especialy pencil effect. (I have attached images below too).

I have few questions regarding the requirements that you have posted. Do you want native app or cross platform ? Can you also share flow of the application to know more about it ? Are you specific about platform that you want to use for backend ? Do you already have API ? if yes ,, can i see ? Can you post mokeup as well in in attachments to give the best quotation ?
