Android App build as specifications in document attachted

hello How r you? I went through all the requirements. I already made sample application for voice recognition and Text to speech. If the PDF files are fixed i can add them with the application cause extracting data from pdf file in android is pretty time consuming. Otherwise i have to use third party library. There is no built in api for pdf in android. If you will award me the project i will show you progress within 4 days.
