iPhone application developing

I need a Professional Developer who can develop my iPhone app and the website's backend. I create the Graphic design, you need only do the programing. App features *The app must be able to connect MySQL and save data in the database. *The app must be able to create photo with the iPhone's camera and save it in the iPhone's Camera Roll. ..and load/use existing photo from the library. *The app must be able to connect with Facebook login. (get name, email, profile image, city) *The app must be able to sign up without Facebook, with email and password - forget password feature nedds too. *The app can connect too with facebook after the user already signed up with email and password. (sync datas) *The app must be able to use the iOS6 GUI and features. (alert dialog, scroll tracker, menu list, etc...) *The app can notify some times the user (notification alert) **The app is in hungarian language and UTF-8 characters. Admin webpage features *admin login / user pass *list users with pagination. *sort users and filter users( man, female, age, city, app last usage, ...+ 5 more data) **important - When we finished the project i will need all the source files of the app. **important - We need to upload the IPA file in the Appstore with our Company's information.
